We understand how important it is for our customers to get their new OPSYS PC as soon as possible. That's why if you buy any of our Ready-To-Ship Systems, we aim to dispatch it the very next working day, and within just 5-10 working days for all other PCs.

Once dispatched from our facility, orders will be sent on a Next-Day DPD courier service (1-2 working days for non-mainland UK). You will be sent tracking updates from the moment it is collected and you will be assigned a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. For the best service, we recommend you download the DPD App from your ITunes or Android Play Store.

Your OPSYS system comes with a Quick-Start Guide designed to help you easily setup your new PC as quickly and safely as possible. It also contains a useful troubleshooter page with advice on the first steps you should take if you encounter any set up issues.

If you cannot find it within your Welcome Box, you can find a digital version inside your USB Support Drive that also comes with your system.

- Diagnostic tools aimed at helping you monitor your system's performance.

- TeamViewer installer should a Support Engineer need to virtually access your machine to assist you in resolving a problem.
