We are currently experiencing super high demand for our OP gaming systems.
With component prices and availability fluctuating all the time, placing an order is the only way to ensure you pay the promotional prices currently advertised. Once an order is placed, your price is locked and will be honoured, regardless of what happens to component pricing, and to be fair to all customers, every order has been put into a first come, first serve stock allocation queue, with all express build options temporarily disabled.
We are ramping up our production efforts whilst working closely with component manufacturers to allow us to meet demand and minimise the chance of any delays, however due to the challenges resulting from Covid, Brexit & component availability - no ETA guarantees can be made, and the advertised lead times should be treated as estimates only.

Getting you OP - faster
When you order with us we aim to ship our in-stock, Ready-to-Ship Systems on the very next working day if you order before 12pm.
We aim to dispatch OPSYS Systems that are either not in-stock or custom-built, within 5-10 working days, however due to Covid and component availability, there may be some delay to these lead times.
If for whatever reason your order is delayed, we will contact you to advise or discuss potential options available to you to minimise the delay.
We ship right across Europe and our partnered courier is DPD UK. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking reference via email which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. For the best service, we advise you to download the DPD App from I-Tunes or Android Play.

Hassle free returns
We offer a 30-Day OPSYS Money Back Guarantee meaning you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the products.
Please find the more information and exclusions below.
You must return the products to us in their original packaging (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days of notifying us of your return request, in accordance with the return instructions and invoice enclosed with your order.
If returning due to a fault with your products, then OPSYS will cover the cost of return, otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of couriering the order back to us; if you contact Customer Services, we will try to provide you with an estimate of the courier cost to arrange the collection and return on your behalf and can also quote for a replacement packaging solution to be sent to you to ensure damage is not suffered in transit.
Once received and processed back into our facility, we will inspect the returned products to ascertain that they remain in the condition as described when the return request was authorised by OPSYS. We endeavour to complete this quality assessment check within 5 working days from the date of receival back to us.
- If returned for a cancellation, we will refund the full purchase price together with any delivery charge paid at the time of the initial order, within 5 working days of the returned products passing their quality assessment and found to still be in a new and re-sellable condition.
- Faults and repairs are expected to be turned around and re-dispatched back to you within 5 working days of us assessing the condition of the returned product.
If your return does not pass the quality assessment, you may be liable for the cost of damage incurred if it can be proven that you did not package the returning products in their dedicated OPSYS shipping packaging or by a courier unrecommended by OPSYS.
- The 30-Day OPSYS Money Back Guarantee does not extend to OPSYS X You custom-made orders personalised to your specific needs and style as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As part of your OPSYS Warranty, you will be entitled to return a bespoke order to us for a repair if a fault occurs in your product within your window of cover.
- We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of computer software if it is unsealed. Accessories and promotional items are part of the order and must be returned to ensure a full refund is given. The above rights apply to consumer orders only. For business orders we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for cancelled or rejected orders.
