Q - Do you offer a price match?
A - Times are hard right now but gamers still wanting an OP standard from their gaming PCs - That's why we have created the 'OP=Value Guarantee'.
This is a company promise to match or beat the best price you can find ANYWHERE else for a like-for-like system spec, so you can buy with confidence knowing you are getting our notorious build quality but also the best value possible. If you have a quote on rival system with the same specs for a better price, send us an email and we will match or even beat it.

Q - Can I speak to someone to help me with choosing which is the best PC for my needs?
A - Our mission is to match customers with their perfect PC and our support agents are extremely friendly, patient and above all else, knowledgable when it comes to recommending what specs fit with your needs, be that a specific game your child plays, a budget you are trying to make work or a particular look and style to fit with your setup - just open a livechat, call us during any week day or open a support ticket and we will help you make the best decision possible.
Q - Can I purchase individual components?
A - Not at the moment, we specialise in the highest quality gaming computer systems, this may change in the future, however we do offer upgrade paths on machines purchased through us.
Q - Am I able to trade in my old system towards an OPSYS System?
A - If you are booking your system in for an upgrade with us, you will buy the new parts and we will return your original hardware to you so that you can recoup some funds on the second hand market. We are all for you never having to get a whole new PC again as often it is unecessary and costs the consumer more money in the long run.
Q - How much is delivery and how is the computer packaged?
A - Weekday delivery is free of charge with Weekend delivery charged at £19.99. We use DPD as our preferred delivery partner and all systems ship in our premium branded, shock-proof packaging solution which can be stored and re-used for future upgrades or sending the PC in for health-checks.
Q - Where are you located?
A - OPSYS HQ is located in Reddish, Stockport near Manchester, UK. All our systems are build here on-site but we do not have a customer showroom so please do not attend without speaking to us first to avoid potential disappointment.
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept debit and credit cards, Stripe, PayPal and Klarna.
Q - How long do refunds take?
A - Once a refund has been processed, it should be back in your account within 3-5 working days.
Q - Where is my order?
A - All our OPSYS Systems are sent with GPS tracking. You will be able to view and find your tracking information within your OPSYS account in the 'My Orders' section or in the email you received confirming shipment of your purchase.
Q - How long does each stage take?
A - This can vary between systems; however, you can view the expected wait times on each of our product pages.
Q - How long does delivery take?
A - We offer next day delivery for UK mainland. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for Ireland/Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands. 2-6 Working days for the rest of Europe.
Q - Can I choose my delivery date?
A - Yes you can select a delivery date when completing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if this requires changing after your order is placed but be aware it may be too late to adjust your order if left for too long.
Q - How can I return my OPSYS System for a repair?
A - You can request a return by contacting our support team at [email protected] and our support staff will guide you through the returns process.
Q - How long does the process take?
A - Once we receive your machine, we will begin evaluating your case. The process can take up to two weeks depending on the severity of the issue and our stock availability depending on your RMA choice.
Q - How can I follow my RMA request?
A - By logging into your OPSYS account you will be able to see the most up to date information on your return.
Q - What parts of my OPSYS System can I upgrade?
A - Everything! We offer upgrades on any component within your machine even down to the wiring!
